Online Orders All orders placed are deemed confirmed and final. Once processed or dispatched, modifications are not possible.
Delivery Terms At eazmart.pk, we aim to serve individual consumers. We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders. Standard delivery charges and promotional offers apply to orders weighing up to 1 kg. Orders exceeding this weight will incur additional courier charges based on actual rates.
Return / Exchange Policy We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of order receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.
For items purchased from our physical stores, returns or exchanges must be processed at the same branch. Conversely, online purchases must be handled through our online return process, as physical branches cannot process online returns or exchanges.
Please allow 10-15 business days for claims to be processed. Items that are swatched, broken, or unsealed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Refusals Eazmart.pk reserves the right to refuse orders based on a history of refused cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. Typically, if an individual has refused COD orders twice in the past, new orders will not be accepted.
Shipping Compensation Shipping fees are non-refundable and no compensation is available in any circumstance.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items While we take utmost care in packaging, certain delicate makeup items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately upon receipt. Although we do not accept returns or exchanges for such items, we will provide a discount coupon relative to the damage incurred.
